The hormonal balancing elixir is just great! Has a sweet, nutty flavor thats perfect either warm or cold. I enjoy drinking this elixir especially during my menstrual cycle, I definitely feel a difference in my symptoms including cramps, fatigue, hormonal acne and just overall inflammation. I also had a surgery recently that threw the electrolyte balance off in my body and instead of drinking the high sugar powders I drank this and I swear it helped restore my potassium, calcium and magnesium levels. The ingredients each have amazing benefits!

I have to write this review because I bought this because I wanted an elixir that was caffeine free. The craziest thing I noticed was that since having this tea, my period cramps were significantly reduced and this has never happened. It's been 2 months of pain free period cramps and my life is changed. Trust me I have tried everything under the sun to help my symptoms but this elixir CHANGED IT!!! better and healthier than any period cramp pill out there in the market. Thank you so much!!!!
