How can I earn points?
You can earn points through purchases and everyday actions like engaging with byAVA or leaving reviews. Points from purchases are typically added to your account within 30 days after a successful order. Please note: orders placed using a gift card are not eligible for points.
Is it possible I already have points?
Yes. If you've placed an order on byAVA.co using your email, you may already have points waiting for you once you create or log into your account. Points expire after 365 days of inactivity.
Can I earn points from in-store purchases?
At this time, points are only earned on purchases made through byAVA.co.

No, points cannot be purchased. They can only be earned through eligible purchases and actions within the program.
