  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup resilient skin elixir (after it's boiled)
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup





    1. Start by pouring oats into jar. Fill jar with the liquid portion of Resilient Skin Elixir. Add chia seeds and mix.
    2. Add the ingredients left over from elixir and chop up any of the fruit left (apples or pear). Add yogurt and honey. Place in refrigerator overnight.
    3. Uncover and enjoy from glass jar next day. Add more toppings as you wish! I love almonds, shredded coconut, and bananas.
