YOU'LL NEED:
DIRECTIONS:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup resilient skin elixir (after it's boiled)
- 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
- Start by pouring oats into jar. Fill jar with the liquid portion of Resilient Skin Elixir. Add chia seeds and mix.
- Add the ingredients left over from elixir and chop up any of the fruit left (apples or pear). Add yogurt and honey. Place in refrigerator overnight.
- Uncover and enjoy from glass jar next day. Add more toppings as you wish! I love almonds, shredded coconut, and bananas.
