Resilient Skin Oatmeal

YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • Resilient Skin Elixir (after it’s boiled) + water = 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp organic honey
  • Fruits of choice

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Save the remnants of your boiled Resilient Skin Elixir - use the flavors for your oatmeal! Add more water to make it 4 cups.
  2. In a medium saucepan, pour all the remnants of the elixir and bring to boil. Turn the heat down to low and add oatmeal and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until oats have absorbed most of the liquid
  3. Add milk for milky texture (optional)
  4. Garnish with toppings - fruits, almonds, honey, shredded coconut, almond butter, your pick!
