How to Use
How to Use
- Detach one strip (single or double) using tweezers.
- Apply to clean, dry ears—targeting the Antihelix and Concha areas (refer to diagram).
- Massage gently after application to activate energy flow.
- Wear for at least 1 hour, or up to 48 hours. Safe in the shower.
- Repeat twice a week for best results.
Tips:
- For dry skin, apply a small amount of lotion to the ear and massage before using.
- Apply both front and back of the ear for enhanced lifting and sculpting effects.

I was so intrigued with this ear seeding technique that I bought 2 packs. I took off all my earrings and applied the strips to my ear according to the instructions. The application to the back of the ear was a little tricky and probably not exactly the way I wanted to apply it, but as along as I constantly massaged it, I saw my chin line more lifted and my tense shoulder a bit more relaxed. It wasn't a dramatic change for me, but the subtle change was enough for me to think, "I like this". My ears are on the shorter side so I wasn't sure if the the strips would be too long, but it worked out with the strip lengths provided.. the energy balls just extended to my lobes. Not going to lie, it was painful in certain areas of the ear but with constant massaging, I think it really helped with my shoulders that constantly feel tight. So the pain on the ears were worth some shoulder muscle relief.. plus, any bit of a facial lift on top of that, was a plus! It is a pricey product, but for a busy working mom of 2, it's nice to apply something once on the ears, and see the results going for days without dedicating more time on a beauty routine daily.
Thankyou Ava for introducing me to ear seeding… only with single use my face was lifted and eye brows aligned I have a hyper active brow and I was thinking of getting Botox done to solve it but you saved it.. and this even made my body posture so much better ❤️❤️ I can’t Thank joa enough for creating this ❤️
The QR code did not load on my instruction manual so I was applying it incorrectly and ended up with 6 extra double ear seeds. I have completed all four sets and my jawline is a lot slimmer, nasolabial folds are less deep and I haven't noticed any issues or impact with my shoulders. The strips are not easy to apply by yourself to posterior ear, but they stayed on during my shower and never fell off. No irritation and I appreciate Joa for answering my multiple questions on how to apply the strips correctly. I will continue to try using them for continued Facial lymphatic drainage. Can you create one for other areas of the body?
