Add 1 elixir bag to 250ml of water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes. For a deeper, richer brew, we recommend simmering for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Tastes great with 1 sliced apple boiled in.

I was super skeptical at first, but this elixir has honestly made such a difference. My period cramps aren’t nearly as bad anymore, and I feel way more balanced throughout the month. I have really enjoyed the hormonal balancing elixir. It was my first time trying a tea like this and I really enjoyed it. I love that each bag makes three cups of tea. I was able to drink it throughout the day which I love doing in winter.
