INGREDIENTS
For the strawberry puree, you will need:
- 5-10 strawberries
- 1 resilient skin booster sachet
- 1 tbsp Korean plum & jujube syrup (if not can add honey)
Boil & simmer for 15-20 min until the mixture is softened. Store in fridge for up to one week.
To make the strawberry puree matcha latte, pour the puree, ice, 1 cup milk, creamer (optional) and whisked matcha (in that order). Enjoy!
